These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of tickets and merchandise through Victory Global Enterprises Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Tickets
1.1 General Policy

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

We are not responsible for refunds due to:

Changes in personal circumstances (e.g., illness, schedule conflicts, travel issues)

Performer or lineup changes

Weather conditions (unless the event is officially cancelled)

Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets

Tickets may be resold or transferred in accordance with venue and ticketing platform policies.
1.2 Exceptions
Event Cancellation

If the event is cancelled in its entirety and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be eligible for a refund of the ticket purchase price.

Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method, unless otherwise instructed by the ticketing provider.

Service fees, processing fees, or other non-ticket charges may be non-refundable (subject to the policies of the ticketing platform).
Event Postponement

If postponed or rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date.

Ticket holders unable to attend may request a refund within the timeframe specified in the official postponement notice.

Refund requests must be submitted through the original point of purchase and are subject to ticketing provider policies.
Significant Changes

Lineup, programme, or schedule changes do not normally qualify for a refund.

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases, such as:

Cancellation of a major headliner or featured performer with no suitable replacement.

A significant venue change that substantially alters the event’s nature (e.g., relocation to a materially smaller or unsuitable venue).

The event organiser has sole discretion to determine what qualifies as “significant.”
2. Merchandise
2.1 Orders & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise).

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.
2.2 Shipping & Fulfilment

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within [14 business days] after payment confirmation.

Delivery times vary by location and shipping method. Delivery estimates are for guidance only and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss transfers once the order is handed to the carrier. Contact the carrier directly for lost or delayed shipments.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Import duties, customs, or local taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
2.3 Returns & Refunds

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of returned items.

2.4 Faulty or Incorrect Items

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your purchase or attendance.

6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
