
Refunds and Exceptions Policy

1. General Policy
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
We are not responsible for refunds due to:
• Changes in personal circumstances (including illness, schedule conflicts, or travel issues)
• Performer or lineup changes • Weather conditions (unless the event is officially canceled)
• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets If applicable, tickets may be resold or transferred in accordance with venue and ticketing platform policies.

2. Exceptions
While all ticket sales are final, the following exceptions apply:
a. Event Cancellation
• If the event is cancelled in its entirety and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket purchase price.
• Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise instructed by the ticketing provider.
• Service fees, processing fees, or other non-ticket charges may be non-refundable, subject to the policies of the ticketing platform.
b. Event Postponement
• If the event is postponed or rescheduled, all tickets will remain valid for the new date.
• Ticket holders who are unable to attend the rescheduled event may request a refund within the timeframe specified in the official postponement notice.
• Refund requests must be submitted directly through the original point of purchase and are subject to the ticketing provider’s policies and procedures.
c. Significant Changes
• The event lineup, program, or performance card is subject to change without notice. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
• Refunds will only be considered in extreme circumstances, such as:
• The cancellation of a major headliner or featured performer, where no suitable replacement is provided.
• A significant venue change that substantially alters the nature of the event (e.g., relocation to a materially smaller or unsuitable venue).
• All determinations regarding whether a change qualifies as “significant” will be made at the sole discretion of the event organizer.
